Credits are the simplest way to start. 1 credit = one 1-month customer line; longer lines use more credits. Against a retail month of £15, the per-credit cost below is your gross margin before support time.

Credits or an unlimited panel — which is cheaper?
Work it out from your active lines. On the Platinum pack a 1-month line costs £2.50, so 400 renewing lines a month cost about the same as the Starter Unlimited panel at £1000 a month. Below that, credits win because you only pay for lines you sell; above it, the panel wins and your cost per line keeps falling. Most new resellers start on credits, move to a panel once renewals are predictable, and keep sub-resellers for the point where they stop doing first-line support themselves.

How the reseller programme works
1. Choose credits or a panel
Start with a credit pack sized to the customers you already have. Move to an unlimited panel when monthly credit spend passes the panel fee.
2. Create and manage lines
Log in to the panel, create a line per customer, pick the length, and send them the login. Trials cost 0 credits, so let prospects test first.
3. Support your customers
You own pricing, billing and first-line help. Point customers at our device setup guides; use the reseller Telegram/WhatsApp line for panel issues.
Before you resell: the plain-English version
Reselling means your name is on the invoice.
